In pursuance of UGC (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal of Sexual Harassment of Women Employees and Students in Higher Education Institutions) Regulations, 2015 read with Sexual Harassment of Women a Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) of the College is constituted to deal with complaints relating to sexual harassment at the work place.

• To prohibit any physical, verbal or non-verbal sexual harassment.
• To create awareness of the moral and legal issues of sexual harassment.
• To ensure knowledge and awareness of the rights, responsibilities and privileges granted to women.
• To take measures against any forms of gender-based violence directed towards staff members and students.

• Anonymous complaints are received through suggestion box.
• The internal complaints committee prevents and prohibits incidents of sexual harassment of female employers and students in the college.
• Organizes periodic activities in association with women empowerment cell.
• The internal complaints committee provides measures on women safety for teaching, non-teaching faculty and students.
• Provides an environment free of gender-based discrimination.
• Displays notice and poster to spread awareness about the issue of "Sexual Harassment".
• Takes immediate action if any case of sexual harassment is noticed or reported.
• Maintains confidentiality throughout the process.
