College, P.H.E.D., Buti, Ranchi is one of the top most self-financed co-educational teacher’s training college in Ranchi (Jharkhand) established in 2008 and managed by the Gramvasi Alpasankhyak Vidyavardhini Samiti, a charitable society for human welfare, under the Act 21, 1860 with the registration number 191/1978-79 and 355/2006-2007, dated on 07-11-2006. The college has introduced Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) course in the year 2008 and Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) course in the year 2014 with an aim to impact teachers training to meet the growing manpower requirement in higher secondary, secondary, upper primary and primary schools with a view to inculcate the spirit of good education..

R.T.C. B.Ed. College is one of the pioneer teacher training institutions of Ranchi, Jharkhand. Founded in 2008, it has emerged as a centre of excellence for the development of innovative techniques and skills in teaching training. The college offers two different teacher training courses one at secondary (B.Ed.) and the other at primary (D.El.Ed.) level.
Today teacher education means much more than merely acquiring knowledge about teaching skills. It is building character with commitment for the teaching profession. It is empowering trainees with good leadership qualities. The academic culture of the institution provides scope for the student trainees to re-discover themselves with the latest professional skills. R.T.C. B.Ed. College has helped me to develop a positive attitude towards my studies and discover more about myself. Teachers are very caring and interested in students’ well-being. They make sure every class is fun, educational and interactive.
The first thing I noticed here at R.T.C. B.Ed. College was the bonding between faculty and the university students. They treat students with utmost understanding. The university conducts many events inside the campus which make our lives informative and enjoyable.
I am pass out student of R.T.C. B.Ed. College 2018-2020. When I was joining B.Ed., my personality is like a blank sheet of paper. Slowly time passed away, with faculties support and help huge learning generates in myself. Poetry, dancing, shayari, leadership quality and more abilities developed in myself. NSS can also be help in myself with huge learning as Volunteer.
R.T.C B.Ed. College has a good infrastructure, rich library and great teachers. The institution also organises various programs, sports events and seminars etc. I personally have learnt many things from this institution which helped me to polish my skills and become a better teacher and I am really thankful to the teaching faculties for their continuous guidance & support.
